Two veteran educators, sisters, and wellness guides who know firsthand the joys and the weight of life in the classroom.

With a combined 50+ years of teaching experience across multiple states, we’ve walked through the lesson plans, the late nights, the breakthroughs, and the burnout. And after decades of serving others, we chose to prioritize our own well-being—so we could lead and live with more energy, purpose, and joy.
